As soon as the payment is received, we officially start your project.
All creative work remains the property of IDENSTRA AGENCY until full payment is received. After that, ownership and usage rights are transferred to you.
Before the project starts: Yes, you can cancel and receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee.
After the project has started: No refunds are possible, since the work is custom-made.
Timelines depend on the scope, but:
Logo/visual identity concepts: 5–7 business days
Social media kits: 7–10 business days
Websites/landing pages: 2–4 weeks
Exact delivery times will be confirmed in your project proposal.
Final files are delivered in standard, high-quality formats:
Logos: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG
Branding kits/templates: Canva (or PSD/AI if requested)
Websites: Fully set up on your platform
We promise to:

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the session. After that, the session can be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
Any completed work will be billed individually, and the remaining balance may be converted into a credit valid for 120 days toward other services.
Don’t worry — revisions are included in every package. We’ll adjust and refine until your vision comes to life.
Each package includes a set number of revisions (detailed in the package description). Additional revisions can be provided at an extra cost.
A revision is a minor adjustment (colors, fonts, layout tweaks, small edits). A completely new design or concept is considered a new project.

Yes, we store final files for 3 months after delivery. We recommend you save and back them up on your end as well.
